Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at:
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you must return the item within 14 days.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With any tags still attached where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Where required under UK consumer law, original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided once a return request has been approved.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item if possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We may refuse returns if items:
- Have been worn or washed
- Are not returned in their original condition
- Are returned outside the return window
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
