Most Volkstoff products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 working days for production before dispatch. During busy periods or new product launches, production times may be slightly longer.

Yes. We offer tracked international delivery to selected countries. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. International customers may also need to pay import VAT, customs duty or local handling fees. These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout. We accept returns on unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
